I know that Epila is definately a scam and doesnt work and apparently you can easily get burnt, as for the rio, laser hair removal Utah im not too sure but Its definately better to go and get it done professionaly if you want laser hair removal, and your more likely to get the results you want, however you do need to save up cause laser is quite pricey
